I'm quite amazed no capsuleer posted an opinion about this yet.

Some time ago agents of Goonswarm infiltrated the 24th Crusade and the Tribal Liberation Force and started to work on a scheme to scam the sponsoring governments. They found a weakness in the bureaucratic procedures of the TLF proceeded to exploit it.

Agents of the TLF approved handouts of huge loyalty rewards to these Goonswarm agents. The loyalty rewards bestowed upon these scammers dwarfed the loyalty shown to known TLF heroes like Sasawong. The Republic simply signed over trillions of isk of rewards to the Goonswarm infiltrators without conducting any investigation.

The infiltrators managed to stay out of sight of their fellow capsuleers simply because the Republic didn't advertise that a few capsuleers were getting these huge loyalty rewards. Their militia ranks weren't raised, in fact, most TLF or 24th Crusade militia members were oblivious to their existence because the inflitrators didn't make any meaningful contribution to the war, like attacking or defending installations.

Their manipulations did allow for other capsuleers employed by the TLF to also fill their pockets as they cashed in on their loyalty rewards. Countless additional billions were extracted from Republic coffers and the skies swarmed with Fleet Issue Stabbers-class cruisers.

The amount of wealth extracted is so large that it would probably be enough to finance the rebuilding of the fleet lost to Empress Jamyl. Will the Republic ever recover from this financial bloodletting, and how did TLF bureaucrats let it go this far? One would expect at least some questions to be asked when complete unknowns get these amount of loyalty rewards.

Also I would expect those loyal to the Republic to consider these infiltrators and Goonswarm to be public enemy number one to for some time to come. Goonswarm inflicted more fiscal damage to the Republic than years of struggle in the low-sec regions cost them. I would also expect the loyalist to return some of the gains they themselves received as a result of the manipulation of the TLF reward system.

As I have understood it, the Star Fraction is already in a mutual war with Goonswarm (over other reasons), and some of the TLF organizations are already aiding them in this conflict. Are the other Republic loyalist parties no outraged by this Goonswarm coup? Are there no war-decs or public declarations of hostility being handed out? Do the TLF militia member organizations approve of this attempt to bite off and swallow hole the hand that feeds them?

Why is everyone staying silent on this scam which is of a size that it has galaxy-wide repercussions? Why do capsuleers on the Summit prefer to report on small issues like prison escapes and attempted coverups? Have we become this small-minded?

Jade ConstantineGÇö If you and yours wish to fight the Right-Honourable GoonSwarm Federation of Space Planets in a CONCORD-sanctioned war in High-Security space, then why don't you and your coalition members simply join into a single capsuleer alliance? Doing so would allow you to pay a greatly reduced war fee.

On the other hand, if you wish to actually wage a meaningful war against the Right-Honourable GoonSwarm Federation of Space Planets, and by extension the Clusterfuck Coalition of Space Friends, then why don't you simply get a bunch of people in fleet and make your way towards our Sovereignty claims? I promise you, should your force make a direct attack against any of our Sovereignty infrastructure, the blind eyes presently paying you little mind would suddenly open, and you would be given opportunity to participate in as grand a campaign as your wallet, and your morale, could fund.

My understanding is that Jade's philosophy requires an end to all of the major governments. So it would hardly be a surprise if she had been involved in an underhanded attempt to crash the economy of one of them.
